Unlike solutions assembled through acquisitions and later integration, the ION ITS suite was designed from the outset as a unified system. This ensures a coherent user experience across all modules while delivering seamless functionality and high efficiency in daily operations.

A workaround may seem appealing as a short-term cost-saving solution. Yet in practice, investing in the proper module is usually the smarter choice – even for limited use. While a workaround might reduce upfront costs, it can compromise system flexibility and impact the performance of other modules. In the long run, the module secures optimal functionality and ensures that future opportunities remain accessible.

Implementation Effort

ION ITS provides a standard configuration template that serves as a strong foundation for further implementation. Given its broad functionality and high degree of automation, it is essential to allocate sufficient business resources to the project. The implementation phase should be used to build a deep understanding of the system and its capabilities. We also recommend nominating a key user who will take ownership of system maintenance after go-live.
