Senior Treasury IT Consultant

Who we are

We are KTC – a consulting team supporting international corporations in the digitalization and optimization of their finance processes.
Our current projects include complex treasury transformation and integration initiatives: global ISO 20022 migrations, system re-implementations, functional and technical support during carve-outs, architecture redesigns, and the integration of treasury into international S/4HANA rollouts.
We also take on interim roles such as solution architect or project lead.

As a Senior Consultant, you work closely with both business and IT stakeholders and shape treasury architectures end-to-end – functionally, technically and strategically.

Your Profile

What defines you: You have solid experience in the Finance-IT or Treasury domain, work in a structured and analytical way, and enjoy understanding and designing complex processes. You are curious, solution-oriented and ready to dive deeply into systems.

• Several years of experience in treasury, finance IT or consulting
• Expertise in at least one treasury management system: SAP Treasury, ION ITS, Nomentia, Coupa or a comparable platform
• Strong understanding of finance processes: cash management, liquidity planning, FX trading, loan management, payments, reporting
• Technical affinity and experience in system configuration and interface integration
• Interest in modern tools such as Power BI, AI models or workflow automation solutions
• Independent, solution-oriented working style and enthusiasm for consulting
• Excellent German and English skills

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior, you take responsibility in projects, design solutions and act as both a functional and technical partner for our clients.

• Concept & implementation: analyse treasury processes, design solutions and configure systems
• Project leadership: take ownership of workstreams, lead client workshops and steer results
• Integration & interfaces: connect banks, trading platforms, market data providers, ERP systems and API-based services
• Master data & system architecture: structure and ensure the quality of business partners, bank accounts, financial instruments, roles and authorizations
• Analysis & quality assurance: review system behaviour, analyse issues, design test concepts and support user acceptance
• Knowledge sharing: collaborate with juniors, provide mentoring and contribute to internal expertise development

Salary & Bonus

Salary: The collective agreement minimum salary is EUR 74,144 gross per year (IT-KV 2025, ST2 – experienced level). Depending on your experience, system expertise and responsibilities, we offer a salary significantly above the minimum.

Bonus model: Our bonus model is based on productive hours and enables payout beyond the fixed salary. A monthly report gives you full transparency on your bonus development at all times.
