We are KTC – a consulting team supporting international corporations in the digitalization and optimization of their finance processes. A central area of our work is Treasury, where global cash flows, liquidity and payments are managed through systems that move millions every day. In this environment, expertise at the interface of finance and IT is becoming increasingly important.
At KTC, you will build exactly these capabilities, learn SAP Treasury and ION ITS from the ground up, and work closely with experienced colleagues.
Your Profile
You want to launch your career in the Finance-IT field, work in a structured way and enjoy understanding complex workflows. You bring curiosity, analytical thinking and the willingness to dive deeply into systems.
- Degree in Business, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a relevant technical college
- Business fundamentals: accounting and financial reporting, corporate finance or
- Technical/analytical fundamentals: statistics, data analytics, SQL, Python, XML or a basic understanding of how APIs work
- Interest in modern tools such as Power BI, AI models or workflow automation tools
- Curious, eager to learn and solution-oriented
- Very good German and English skills
Your Responsibilities
From day one, you will work on real client projects and learn step by step how modern treasury processes are mapped, automated and optimized in SAP and ION ITS. Over time, you will take on your own functional and technical responsibilities.
- Treasury processes & system configuration: contributing to topics such as cash management, liquidity planning, loan management, FX trading, cash pooling and reporting, and configuring them in the system
- Technical integration & interfaces: connecting banks, trading platforms, market data providers and ERP systems
- Master data management: business partners, bank accounts, financial instruments, user rights, roles & authorizations
- Analysis & testing: reviewing system behavior, analyzing issues and creating test cases
- Support in workshops & meetings: preparing content, documenting results and clarifying requirements with clients

Salary & Bonus

- Salary: The collective agreement minimum salary is EUR 42,224 gross per year (IT-KV 2025, ST1 – entry level). Your actual starting salary will be significantly higher, depending on your education and skill set.
- Bonus modell: Our bonus model is based on productive hours and enables payout beyond the fixed salary. A monthly report provides full transparency on your bonus development.
